The Improved Meyer Lemon tree fruit is the flagship product of Levite Organics and these trees are kosher having been planted from very young trees in October/September of 2017. Their fruit is known to be the chef’s favorite due to their elegant thin skin, and deep orange yellow zest. The lemon itself possesses a very sweet taste as compared to the common Eureka or Lisbon lemons. The zest is often used for making other products such as lemon ciello. As well, this special fruit is used for making other products from italian ice, to facials and soaking remedies and even cleaning.
